Refer a Friend

• The "Referrer" relates to the person that is submitting their friend or colleague's details.
• The "Referred" relates to the person that is being referred by "the Referrer" for a role.
• The Referrer must have the permission of the person they are referring before submitting their details. This is in accordance with the GDPR 2018. The Referrer will indemnify us for any loss or claim arising out of the Referrer's failure to gain consent of the Referred.
• There is no limit to the number of candidates you can refer however each referral must be submitted as a separate claim.
• Referral rewards will be processed after the qualifying period has been met (as stated below).
• Referral vouchers are not payable if the referred candidate has registered with Connect2Socialwork within the last six months.
• Vouchers are only given once the qualifying periods have been met:

Referred Candidates securing Locum Placements

• Qualified Social Workers - £250 – After the first 4 weeks of consecutive employment.
• An additional £250 paid after completion of an additional 8 weeks of consecutive employment.

Referred Candidates securing Permanent placements

• Qualified Social workers-£250 paid after 30 days of employment.
• An Additional £250 paid after an additional 60 days of employment.

Referred candidates securing Unqualified roles

• Unqualified QSW Roles – a single £100 to be paid after 150 hours completed.

• A choice of vouchers will be offered. Connect2Socialwork cannot accept any responsibility should for any reason the vouchers become invalid.
• Connect2Socialwork will track all referrals, notifying candidates when qualifying periods have been reached and when payment will be processed.
• This promotion is not open to employees of Connect2Socialwork.
• Eligibility for this offer is at Connect2Socialwork’s discretion and our decision is final.
• Connect2Socialwork reserve the right to terminate this scheme at any time.
