Connect2Socialwork is the Commercial Services Group Social Work brand. Connect2Socialwork is a locum and permanent Social Work agency.

Our Connect2Socialwork team is dedicated to helping the public sector find and hire social workers. Our social work delivery team works closely with the Commercial Services Interim and Executive Search Practice to provide recruitment services to more than 160 local authorities and global charities. All roles across all services including mental health, children, and adults are supported.

Working with Connect2Socialwork and my consultant Lisa has been one of the best experiences of my professional life and career. From the first phone call, it was clear that they were actively looking for roles tailored to exactly what I was looking for and my current schedule. Lisa was the first agency consultant I spoke to when I was thinking of leaving my job to work as a locum Social Worker. Lisa was instrumental in me making the final decision. She gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was inundated with offers from other agencies but Lisa stood out as a more genuine and relatable consultant to work with. I have been with Connect2Socialwork for nearly 4 years, and really pleased with their service and glad I decided to work with you. You have made working with you so simple and it is really great how you are able to secure me positions so quickly when I have needed a change, and I never have any issues with my Consultant. I just want to take a moment to tell you how much I appreciated your support in getting my new role! You were easy to talk to and responded to all my queries promptly to help me find the perfect role! Jack has assisted me with finding my new job role. We have been working together for the last couple of months. During this time I feel that he has listened and understood my needs and helped immensely in securing my new role. I feel he is competent in his field, with a sound knowledge of the job sector and always responds promptly. Jack is supportive and helpful in making decisions. I have been working with Jack since January 2022 and although it is only been a short time, it is clear that he is approachable, super friendly and really takes the time to know what you want out of a role.
